One extra special toilet paper roll Valentine for crew member Effervescent Ethel.

Just some of the many ribbon spools we plundered and used for this small craft project:
Waiting for the whitewashed toilet paper rolls to dry.
Arrr me Hearties!
Notes from the Cap'n: Recipient's names were written on the back of each Valentine heart. We glued the hearts onto the rolls, too instead of taping. You can also name and date the rolls on the inside if you prefer.
Supplies used:
-good quality construction paper (we like the construction paper from IKEA-if it's still sold there)
-scissors
-glue
-crayons, color markers and permanent markers
-hole punch
-googly eyes in various sizes and colors
-white paint
-ribbon
-loose glitter
Love this project! Methinks this will happen here sometime this weekend, even if I don't have any little girls to help me...
