Toilet Paper Roll Snowpeople Napkin Ring Holders

I didn't use a specific source in creating these napkin ring holders, rather we searched on Google for inspirrrrration.

-toilet paper rolls or other types of cardboard tubes from a carton of aluminum foil, paper towels, etc.
-white paint
-paint brushes
-craft items to decorate: paper, recycled greeting cards, fabric, yarn, ribbon, lace, sequins, buttons, self-adhesive rhinestones, pom poms, etc.
-glue
-scissors
-hole punch
